How to Use
- You can use this foot file on wet or dry feet, but make sure your feet are clean first by soaking your feet in warm water and patting them dry before filing.
- Rub the glass surface of the file gently over the affected hard skin areas of the foot until your feet are soft and smooth.
- Rinse away the filed off dead skin. Alternatively you can use a towel to clean it off.
After filing, it’s recommended to apply foot cream which helps to protect the skin and stop the formation of hard skin and calluses.
Wash the foot file with warm water and leave it to dry naturally.
Hazards and Cautions
This product is not suitable for people with diabetes and/or those with blood circulation problems.
